Restore & Explore
Reset your rhythms, refresh your routines, and step into a new season with intention.

Restore your energy, your routines, and space for yourself after a full season.
May always feels like a transition.
The end of the school year brings a full schedule, shifting routines, and a pace that can leave you feeling a little stretched. At the same time, there’s something new on the horizon — longer days, summer plans, and the opportunity to step into a different rhythm.
This month, we’re focusing on two simple ideas: Restore and Explore.
First, restore.
Restore your energy after a busy season.
Restore your routines in a way that feels simple and sustainable.
Restore space for yourself — especially as we move through Mother’s Day and are reminded how important it is to care for the ones who care for everyone else.
And also, explore.
Explore what’s next for your wellness.
Explore new routines that support you through the summer months.
Explore simple tools that help you feel your best as your days become more active and full.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about resetting what matters — and stepping into the next season with intention.

Member Spotlight: Finding Your Own Path
Featuring Ann Cantu
One of the things I appreciate most about this community is seeing how each family finds their own path — and Ann’s story is a powerful example of what can happen when you stay curious, consistent, and open to change.
Ann was first introduced to essential oils about 12 years ago, during a time when she was looking for more natural ways to support her family. What started with a few simple oils and some shared advice quickly grew into a deeper commitment to learning, researching, and making more intentional choices at home.
One product that has remained a consistent staple for Ann is NingXia Red. She first started using it during her third pregnancy, looking for support with energy. What she noticed went beyond what she expected — not only did it help her feel more supported throughout the day, but it became something her family returned to again and again during busy or demanding seasons. Years later, she even used it to support her son during long, physically demanding marching band practices in the Texas heat — helping him stay energized and consistent through the season.
But one of the most meaningful parts of Ann’s story is her personal health journey.
After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, she found herself on a path that often leads to increasing dependence on medication and ongoing fatigue. Instead of accepting that as her only option, Ann began researching root causes and looking more closely at her environment and daily habits.
She made gradual but intentional changes — simplifying what her family used in their home, choosing more natural options for cleaning like Thieves Household Cleaner and Young Living’s numerous personal care products, and focusing on nourishing, whole foods.
Within a few months, she was already able to reduce her medication. Within two years, she no longer needed it at all, and her body was able to maintain normal levels on its own.
Her journey wasn’t about one product or one quick fix — it was about consistency, awareness, and using the right tools to support her body along the way.
Today, Ann uses Young Living products as part of her family’s everyday life, tailoring what she uses to each person’s needs. Her story is a powerful reminder that wellness isn’t about doing everything — it’s about making thoughtful choices over time and using the tools that support you best.

These aren’t long routines or big changes — they’re small, consistent practices that create a rhythm you can actually maintain.
