Healthy Habits, Backed by Support

Simple routines, powerful tools, and sustainable results.

Pairing daily habits with wellness tools that help you thrive.

New Year. Stronger Habits. Better Health.

A new year doesn’t need a dramatic overhaul to create meaningful change. Real, lasting wellness is built the same way strong foundations are built—one small, consistent habit at a time.

As we step into 2026, this is the perfect moment to return to the basics that matter most: staying hydrated, getting quality sleep, moving our bodies regularly, supporting metabolism, and nourishing ourselves with the right supplements. These aren’t flashy goals—but they are powerful ones.

This month, I’m excited to introduce Balance & Burn, Young Living’s new metabolic support supplement. It’s a wonderful new tool designed to support energy, metabolism, gut balance, healthy blood sugar levels, and more — but like all great tools, it works best when paired with healthy habits. Supplements and essential oils don’t replace good routines; they strengthen them.

When tools and habits work together, that’s when real progress happens. Whether your goal is weight management, increased strength, better energy, or simply feeling healthier in your day-to-day life, pairing supportive products with intentional habits creates results that last—not just for January, but for the long run.

This year, let’s focus less on quick fixes and more on building something sustainable. Small choices. Consistent support. Long-term wellness.

Let’s build habits that carry us forward—strong, supported, and well.

Member Spotlight: A Practical Path to Wellness

Featuring Daniel Lemire

When people hear “essential oils,” they often imagine something abstract or trendy. Daniel’s experience has been the opposite—practical, purposeful, and rooted in real needs.

Daniel’s journey with Young Living began more than a decade ago, not out of curiosity, but necessity. He was dealing with persistent foot pain when a natural childbirth instructor noticed his discomfort and suggested PanAway. The relief it provided was enough to change his perspective. The oil didn’t just mask the pain—it helped him manage it—and that opened the door to exploring more natural options.

Before that, Daniel’s only exposure to essential oils was a grocery-store peppermint oil he used to repel wasps. It technically worked, but it took an entire bottle to be effective. That experience made the difference immediately clear. Young Living oils were far more concentrated, free from fillers and additives, and required only small amounts to achieve real results. Potency and purity mattered—and still do.

Today, Daniel relies on a short list of products that support his active lifestyle. Cool Azul Pain Cream has become essential when he knows long days of walking are ahead, helping support his foot as it continues to recover. At night, diffusing RC, Raven, and Breathe Again helps support clear breathing and seasonal comfort, especially during allergy-prone times of year.

When asked about his favorite oil, Daniel doesn’t name just one. His approach is simple: choose oils based on what they support. Wellness, for him, is about function—not hype.

One product that stands out as a true “game changer” is Thieves Lozenges. When he starts feeling under the weather, they provide immediate comfort for sore throats and coughs, but what makes them different is that the support lasts. Unlike a typical cough drop that only soothes briefly, these help him feel better both in the moment and beyond it—supporting recovery, not just symptoms.

Daniel has been using Young Living products for 11 years, learning along the way through conversations, observation, and experience—often by simply asking his wife. And when it comes to encouraging others who may be hesitant, his advice is refreshingly honest.

In medicine, treatments are often called “drug trials” because no one can guarantee how a body will respond. Essential oils are no different—everyone’s experience is unique. But if given the choice between inhaling an oil or reaching for a pharmaceutical, Daniel will choose the oil every time. If it helps you feel better, and continues to do so, that’s worth paying attention to.

His background in technology has also shaped how he thinks about wellness. Over time, he’s seen how knowledge can be learned, forgotten, and relearned. His takeaway is simple: nature already provides what we need, and the closer we stay to those original gifts, the better our chances of supporting long-term health.

One final practical tip Daniel swears by: peppermint and mint oils for alertness. Instead of reaching for caffeine late in the day, he prefers aromatic inhalation. The effect is fast, effective, and doesn’t interfere with sleep—another example of choosing the simplest tool for the job.

Daniel’s story isn’t about doing everything—it’s about doing what works. Small choices. Purposeful tools. Practical wellness, one habit at a time.
