February was so much more amazing than I could have imagined! I celebrated Valentine’s day by handing out 60 mini heart shape lotion bars, created a “Fearless Confidence” t-shirt and we had a fantastic Facebook Commenting Contest! Congrats to Susan and Josephine who won some amazing prizes!
I also need to share how blessed I am to have you all as a part of this community! Our community has doubled in this past year and that means amazing and meaningful growth for my business! The more my business grows the more classes and events I can create for you!
This month we will be continuing our “Fearless Series” with classes focusing on Young Living’s amazing blended oils and how to use resources to create a personal wellness plan. I also have 5 scheduled events for you to take part in!

Sick of getting sick? Sick of sickness ruining your plans?

Step 1 -Spread the love this month not germs.
1. Wash your hands often with Thieves Foaming Hand Soap, this easy to use hand soap keeps hands clean while supporting a healthy immune system. And the fact that it’s a foaming hand soap means that a little goes a long way and it’s less likely for little hands to waste it.
Step 2 - “Wash your hands and say your prayers, Jesus and germs are everywhere.” (I have this sign in my kids bathroom.) But seriously germs are everywhere.
2. Make sure you are always “packing.” Keep a small bottle of Thieves Waterless Hand Sanitizer and Thieves Spray in your purse and or car. Get a large bottle of Thieves Waterless Hand Sanitizer to keep at home and refill your small ones.
These make on the go cleaning of hands and surfaces easy. The Thieves Spray an be used on surface and skin. It is not harmful to you if it is sprayed of a surface that your food will touch.
Step 3 - Prevention is key, get building from the inside out!
3. Add an immune boosting supplement to the wellness routine of each family member, InnerDefense, ImmuPro or ImmuGummies (pick one or all 3). They each have a different formulation so they can also be used together.
InnerDefense is a gel capsule that needs to be swallowed and is best taken in the AM (parents and oldest kid in this house take this.)
ImmuPro is a chewable that should only be taken in the evening (before bed) since it contains melatonin. (I’ve got a funny story about this.) It has a slight strawberry flavor. In our house, we us this as needed. For us that means, when under stress, traveling, or we know that we have been exposed to illness.
ImmuGummies are dangerously tasty gummies and are perfect for those who don’t want to swallow InnerDefense. My youngest takes these daily, I also enjoy one from time to time just because I enjoy the flavor!
Step 4 - Ok, let’s clear the air and come clean!
4. Diffuse Thieves Essential Oil Blend in your home daily to clear the air. Can it really be that simple? Yes, it is. Get one or more diffusers for your home and diffuse 6-8 drops in each diffuser 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes each time.
You can also diffuse when you have large gatherings or guests in your home.
